AI_SCAPE is a restaurant located in Future Lab HANEDA, a complex consisting of laboratories and offices involved with robotic research. We are conducting a proof-of-concept experiment of a futuristic restaurant where robots play both roles of chef and waiter.

HOW TO ORDER MEALS AT THE RESTAURANT

Please order via the web app. Cooking and serving are all done by robots.

Please order your meals using the web app.
Upon receiving an order, the robot prepares the meals and delivers them to the table.
Drinks will be served at the drink server.
When you finish your meal, please move the tray to the edge of the table.

HOW TO PURCHASE MEALS VIA THE WEB APP

Please scan the 2D code on the table to launch the web app.
You need to register as a member before using the service.
Please select your seat number. If you are placing a combined order for multiple people,
please select all app seat numbers.
Please select and order your meal and drink.
Please select a payment method and settle the payment.
Drinks will be served at the drink server.
Please hold the displayed drink ticket over the reader.
After receiving the notification, please hold the drink ticket over the reader again and pick up your drink.
Please note that if you leave the drink on the counter for 10 minutes or more, it will be discarded.
You can also order water through the “service”
section on the web app.
Please receive it at the drink server.
Please be sure to press the "Exit" button when you leave AI_SCAPE.

HOW TO PURCHASE ITEMS AT THE SHOP

Please scan the 2D code in the shop to launch the web app.
Please select and purchase items on the web app.
Please present your order history to our staff, so the staff will bring the relevant items to you.

USAGE NOTES

We only accept cashless payments. Cash payments are not accepted.
We cannot accommodate cancellations after a meal is ordered due to the nature of the restaurant. For details, please refer to the Terms of Service.

*If the Wednesday will be national holiday, we are closed on next day on weekday.
*Due to nature of attribute as demonstration experiment, business hour and closed date might be change without notice. Please check before you visit.
*We do not accept reservations for seats.
*Exclusive use is available at an additional charge (up to 16 people). Please contact us via the inquiry form.
